Mack MaxLite 40 (2004-06)(Volvo Corp) Air Rear Suspensions Z Springs & Radius Leaves
This model uses straddle mount radius leaf bushings.
This suspension is also used on Volvo.
Z springs and radius leaf on rear drive axle may differ than those used on front drive axle. High driveline angle rear drive axle uses different Z springs and radius leaf than front drive axle. See illustration for more details. Verify by OEM number stamped on Z spring on hook or on radius leaf on eye.
