TufTrac® springs are available only as assemblies with center clamp hardware. First designs with center hole and center bolt were made into 1999 and are discontinued. Upgrade to second design spring assemblies. Upgrading in pairs is not required. 1999 vehicles originally may have had either first or second design springs.
